Terms of Service

Welcome to the Aeron Network webstore. By accessing or making a purchase on this store, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Parental Consent and Unauthorized Purchases By making a purchase on this webstore, you confirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, or you have explicit permission from your parent or legal guardian to make the transaction. Aeron Network holds absolutely no liability for unauthorized purchases made by minors using a parent's or guardian's credit card, debit card, or PayPal account without consent. It is the responsibility of the account holder to secure their payment methods. We will not issue refunds for unauthorized transactions.

2. Digital Goods and Delivery All items, ranks, and virtual currencies sold on this webstore are strictly digital, intangible goods designed solely for use on the Aeron Network Minecraft server. They hold no real-world monetary value. Upon successful payment, goods are automatically credited to your in-game account.

3. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds) Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. Once a transaction is completed and the digital goods are delivered, you are strictly not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If you change your mind, do not like the purchased item, or stop playing on the server, no refunds will be issued.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes Any attempt to bypass our refund policy by filing a dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim with your bank, credit card company, or PayPal will result in an immediate, permanent, and unappealable ban from the Aeron Network server, our Discord, and our webstore.

5. Server Rules and Bans Purchasing items or ranks from our webstore does not exempt you from following the Aeron Network server rules. If you are punished, muted, or banned from the server for breaking the rules, you will lose access to your purchased digital goods. No refunds will be issued for items lost due to a ban or punishment.

6. Server Modifications and Wipes Aeron Network reserves the right to modify, update, or completely wipe the server (including player data, economies, and virtual items) at any time. While we do our best to preserve purchased ranks or items across server resets, we are not legally obligated to restore them, and no monetary compensation will be provided in the event of a server shutdown or reset.
